
Virtual Operations Specialist

The company seeks a skilled and empathetic Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support for a busy entrepreneur.
This role is crucial in managing daily operations, ensuring the founder can focus on their core mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage speaking engagements from inquiry to completion, including drafting quotes and handling logistics.
- Coordinate a busy calendar with meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Provide technical support with automation tools, CRM systems, and AI workflows. Proficient with Zoom and Calendly, including webinars, breakout rooms, and troubleshooting.
- Support leadership programs twice per year with preparation and logistics.
- Handle email correspondence and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Draft, send, and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Experience in virtual administration or executive support, preferably for an entrepreneur or small business. Must be able to work on an American schedule.

- Proficiency with administrative and communication tools, including automation and AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Reliable internet, a backup plan, and proper hardware including a high-quality headset.
