Job Overview

The company seeks a skilled and empathetic Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support for a busy entrepreneur.

This role is crucial in managing daily operations, ensuring the founder can focus on their core mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage speaking engagements from inquiry to completion, including drafting quotes and handling logistics.
  • Coordinate a busy calendar with meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Provide technical support with automation tools, CRM systems, and AI workflows. Proficient with Zoom and Calendly, including webinars, breakout rooms, and troubleshooting.
  • Support leadership programs twice per year with preparation and logistics.
  • Handle email correspondence and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Draft, send, and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in virtual administration or executive support, preferably for an entrepreneur or small business. Must be able to work on an American schedule.

  • Proficiency with administrative and communication tools, including automation and AI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
