About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in leading, guiding, and managing our remote team. Your primary objective will be to foster a collaborative environment, where each team member understands their goals and has access to the resources necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals, promoting a positive work culture that fosters productivity, engagement, and growth.
  • Develop tailored coaching strategies to support VAs based on their experience, industry needs, and performance metrics.
  • Utilize your knowledge of various industries to provide guidance on industry-specific solutions, diverse client needs, and adapting to emerging sectors.
  • Establish measurable performance objectives, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Regularly conduct performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
  • Encourage VAs to share insights and identify opportunities for personal and professional development. Develop initiatives that promote ongoing learning and growth within the team.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Strong background in managing and coaching remote teams with a proven ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and the ability to quickly learn new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Availability to participate in regular virtual meetings with the core team.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
