Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to source and prequalify candidates for specific client requisitions.
  • Develop creative strategies to build strong talent pipelines, supporting current needs and future business growth in the US market.
  • Qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level, and timing via phone calls and emails, focusing on unique demands of US recruitment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Maintain accurate contact information for active pipeline candidates, emphasizing US-based talent acquisition.
  • Identify innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates tailored to the US market.
  • Update internal/external databases such as ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and other records with new and modified candidate data, adhering to US recruitment standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support US recruitment operations.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications focusing on US market requirements.
  • Collect and maintain contact information and lists of US-based talent from online databases/job boards, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Effectively manage a strong candidate flow, prioritizing US talent acquisition.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates for open positions and internal interviews, aligning with US recruitment standards.
  • Assist with client/candidate coordination, ensuring a seamless US recruitment process.
  • Continuously update DYN, LinkedIn, and other databases with new and modified candidate records, prioritizing US-based candidates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills for effective US client and candidate interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills essential for successful US recruitment operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office for administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Job boards, and ATS usage.
