We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead our global hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent sourcing, employer branding, and relationship building.

Job Description

This role involves delivering high-impact recruiting results across various manufacturing sectors. Key responsibilities include developing tailored strategies with clients, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and guiding Hiring Managers through the recruitment process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to craft innovative employer branding campaigns that drive top-tier talent attraction.
  • Build lasting connections with client stakeholders to position our team as trusted partners.
  • Source and shortlist suitable candidates; present them to decision-makers for successful placements.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Japanese talent acquisition is essential.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing recruitment is crucial.
  • Fluency in Japanese is advantageous, while English proficiency is necessary for global communication.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in scale-up environments with international recruiting.
  • A full-lifecycle recruiting background, either in-house or with an agency.
  • The ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
