
Channel Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the pipeline from NetSuite ecosystem partners and other construction-tech partners.
- Develop and implement programs to generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
- Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners, with at least six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business.
- Improve the website's lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and the MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rate to at least 30%.
You will be responsible for building and owning the following key processes:
- Partner Strategy & Operations: Develop an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), tiering framework, recruiting playbook, and referral structure.
- Growth Marketing Engine: Create a content calendar, optimize the website, manage events, and develop customer marketing initiatives like case studies and reviews.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SDR (Sales Development Representative).
- Fluency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience in both partner management and marketing.
- Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
