A Day in the Life:The Senior Growth Analyst audits current and prospective clients' marketing programs and crafts integrated marketing plans across our full channel suite, with emphasis on social media and Google Ads.
Our analyst collaborates with specialists to develop strategies used by account teams and helps us acquire new clients.
We leverage proprietary technology, nova, to analyze businesses through first-party data and support marketing investment planning and due diligence in M&A.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and funnel stage
- Work with specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overall plan
- Learn about prospective clients, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- Pressure test forecasts with specialists to ensure projections align with efficiency requirements and business objectives

We manage large-scale media programs with a dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts, and technologists who advance planning and measurement through testing and data science across the customer journey.
Role Requirements:- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
- Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
- Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
- Familiarity with the broader marketing and media buying landscape
- Familiarity with earned media channels
- Familiarity with audience insight tools such as GlobalWebIndex
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack
