Partnerships Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to spearhead the growth of our partnerships, driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue expansion.

This role is ideal for a seasoned expert who thrives at the intersection of business development, marketing, and product – identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and nurturing relationships that expand our ecosystem.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to unlock new distribution channels, co-marketing opportunities, and integrations that accelerate company growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in affiliate, channel, or platform partnerships.
  • Existing network in the SaaS / martech ecosystem.
