Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our operations and drive business growth. As a Senior Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple business units and ensuring seamless coordination across diverse service-driven and revenue-generating units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale organizations, with 7+ years in a senior executive role overseeing multi-unit operations.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, strategic execution, and driving efficiency in high-volume, service-driven industries.
  • Strong expertise in business growth, transformation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
