About the Role

This role plays a pivotal part in our marketing efforts, guiding, managing, and leading specific cohorts within our programs. You will execute agency strategies and plans to meet set objectives, ensuring successful graduation of program participants.

  • Conduct daily coaching sessions for all advisors, following established structures.
  • Monitor and track daily sales activities according to standards.
  • Organize weekly sales activities such as seminars, roadshows, customer presentations, or webinars to support advisors.
  • Schedule and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve performance based on needs analysis.
  • Organize intervention training sessions based on performance needs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders, business development, training, and management to support advisors in achieving their goals.
  • Provide weekly performance reports to management.
  • Participate in program recruitment assessments to ensure quality recruits.
  • Perform other tasks related to the program as required.
