Job Title: Partnership Facilitator

This role involves fostering collaborative relationships between organizations to support children and youth in their local communities. The facilitator will be responsible for nurturing strategic partnerships, improving outcomes, and bringing a results-driven mindset to all aspects of the partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotes awareness about children's needs and advocates for their well-being.
  • Cultivates a commitment to child protection considerations in all decision-making.
  • Demonstrates a personal commitment to serve, respect, and empower community partners according to principles outlined in organizational philosophies.
  • Strengthens community ownership and capacity through a developmental mindset and the partnership management core process.
  • Facilitates strategic partnerships with community partners to collaboratively reflect on youth and community outcomes and plan for how to best grow in capacity and maturity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, partnership management, or a relevant field.
  • Skilled in program cycle management, grant management, and financial management.
Travel Requirements:
  • May be required to travel up to 50% of the normal schedule.
