As a Customer Relations Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering strong partnerships with our existing corporate clients. Your primary goal is to drive client satisfaction and retention through effective negotiation and closing strategies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance engagement with corporate clients.
  • Managing healthcare utilization costs, identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and ensuring seamless renewal and retention processes from negotiation to closing.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be assertive, dynamic, and energetic, and have the ability to think strategically.
