Job Title: Zoho Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to migrate our jewelry company's core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations to Zoho One.

Jewelry Business Migration & Management
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.

Key qualifications include proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho is essential.

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect) and ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.) are required.

Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries is beneficial. Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements are necessary.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting is essential. Detail-oriented and organized approach to ensure data accuracy during migration and system management is required.
