The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and processing payroll. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter financial transactions into accounting software accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Process payroll, adhering to tax regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in generating financial reports, such as profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Proven experience in a Bookkeeping or Payroll Specialist role.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or other finance applications.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and payroll information with integrity.
A remote work opportunity is available, and evening shifts are considered.
