We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented remote Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing team in managing and executing digital marketing initiatives. The role will focus on social media management, email marketing, and content deployment, with the goal of enhancing our online presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation. They will be proficient in Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Manager, Zoho Social, or similar tools.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Scheduling and publishing approved content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using meta business manager, Zoho social or similar tools
  • Maintaining a consistent posting schedule aligned with the company's marketing calendar
  • Engaging with target audiences through comments, likes, follows, and direct interactions
  • Tracking and reporting on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions

The ideal candidate should also have:

  • Experience with paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google Ads preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team environment
