Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as an ERP Project Coordinator.

This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, serve as a secondary client contact, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
