Revenue Cycle Specialist Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of revenue cycle technology, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong candidates have an understanding of software implementations and can support project teams throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop design documentation, utilizing best practice recommendations for revenue cycle technology.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode, intended for development and QA teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and implement solutions.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present findings to the project team.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients utilizing our revenue cycle suite after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs, gathering supporting technical documentation to ensure rules and actions are programmed correctly.
  • Lead support calls with existing customers post go-live.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server, with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
