Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven ERP Developer / Administrator to support and enhance our ERP ecosystem. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our platform, which supports over 300 active users across a service-based business environment.

This position is ideal for someone who brings strong technical expertise, understands how systems support business processes, and can evolve with our long-term digital strategy - transitioning from one system into broader technology ecosystems.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP administration and configuration, proficient in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development with proven results, excellent English communication skills, solid understanding of service or consulting business processes from a systems perspective, ability to create comprehensive documentation, and experience with data integrations between the ERP system and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing customisations and workflow automations, with a focus on the Project Management module.
  • Build new functionality using SuiteScript 2.x (Suitelets, Client Scripts, User Events, Map/Reduce, etc.).
  • Administer the platform (roles, forms, permissions, saved searches, dashboards).
  • Review legacy configurations and develop clear, well-structured technical and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process issues and implement effective system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations with other platforms using RESTlets or middleware solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-release maintenance of system changes.
