Job Title:

Transformation Specialist

You will be working with organizations to drive their business forward by implementing and improving their Salesforce system.

The role involves understanding the organization's needs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these areas. You will need to have a good understanding of business requirements and be able to provide help with implementation, or improving productivity and results from an existing Salesforce deployment.

  • Conducting thorough analysis and gathering information to understand the needs and challenges of the organization.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gain insights into the existing processes and systems.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies and solutions to address those areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements according to their expertise and skills.
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements.
  • Support the delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals.
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales in order to provide technical solutions and develop and review proposals.
  • Deliver the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology or relevant courses
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as Transformation Specialist using Salesforce
  • Background in workflow configuration
  • Experience in project delivery role
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support
