Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional with expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses using ERP software for efficient decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business strategies.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations for timely financial management.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO for effective collaboration.
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits to ensure accurate reporting and minimize risks.
  • Provide valuable insights to assist the CFO in making informed strategic decisions that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for complex financial analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software for efficient financial management and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills for collaborative work environments.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
