Customer Service Director

Lead and manage the customer service function to deliver high-quality support experiences for clients and partners. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards that align with business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage a team of customer support professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer pain points and improve platform experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive team performance.

Requirements include 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. Strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management is necessary. Previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space is an advantage.
