About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Cyberbacker. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for maximizing lead conversion and scheduling appointments with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently call and communicate with leads/prospects to schedule appointments with clients.
  • Follow up with leads through various channels to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects in a professional manner.
  • Utilize scripted interactions to deliver compelling value propositions and address client concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system after each interaction.
  • Coordinate and manage the appointment calendar to ensure seamless scheduling processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to memorize and deliver call scripts confidently, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Strong customer service orientation, accompanied by excellent listening skills to provide personalized support.
Compensation Package:

As an Appointment Coordinator at Cyberbacker, you can expect a competitive salary range between $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on your location and level of experience.
