Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Rippedboxstation. This role will play a key part in expanding our client base and generating qualified leads for our services.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the cold calling process to expand our client base and generate qualified leads for our services. Your primary tasks will include:
- Conducting outbound cold calling to reach prospective businesses and engaging interested prospects in meaningful conversations about our services.
- Identifying and qualifying leads through LinkedIn and other relevant channels, ensuring alignment with our buyer persona and target market.
- Scheduling and managing lead appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations using various communication methods.
- Tracking prospect information, timelines, preferences, and qualifications, recording accurate and consistent data in our CRM.
You will also be responsible for delivering brand-aligned responses during prospect engagement, building trust, and successfully converting leads into appointments. Additionally, you will develop and execute customized email marketing campaigns aligned with our branding and objectives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven working experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, preferably with appointment setting experience.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation software.
- The ability to source out and qualify leads, craft responses, and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and initiative, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
A self-disciplined and organized individual who can consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision is ideal for this role.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
