We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Cyberbacker. This role involves coordinating and managing the calendar of appointments for clients.

As an Appointment Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for calling leads/prospects to schedule appointments with clients, conducting lead follow-ups and nurturing until appointments are set, responding to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects, following scripts to deliver value propositions and handle objections, and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information after each interaction.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), be comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts, and possess strong customer service orientation and listening abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
