Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations from production planning with overseas manufacturers to final-mile delivery coordination.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across enterprise resource planning (ERP), third-party logistics (3PL), and internal systems.
  • Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with operations, customer experience, and finance teams.
  • Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.
Ideal Background
  • 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments; startup or high-growth preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.
