Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive end-to-end logistics strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions. This key role focuses on analyzing and optimizing logistics performance across Amazon and Shopify channels.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will support the Head of Supply Chain in developing and implementing strategic plans for procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment. This includes managing order management platforms and integration tools to ensure seamless transaction flows and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and customer service, to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Analyze relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to optimize logistics performance.
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both
  • At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite
  • Shopify experience
  • Experience with Helium10
