Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to spearhead our supply planning efforts.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategies that ensure efficient allocation of resources, drive business growth, and promote operational excellence.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate plans and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in technology industry.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
