Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving global order execution and supply chain reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, or Order Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire order lifecycle process from intake to delivery confirmation, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Own and manage PO lifecycle reporting, publishing trackers and analyzing deviations between estimates and actuals to optimize performance.
  • Resolve Master Data Management (MDM) issues promptly and escalate exceptions where necessary to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing partners for rack manufacturing and staging orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly reports on inventory health, PO status, STO (Stock Transfer Orders), and open issues to inform business decisions.
  • Drive issue resolution within defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage daily with US counterparts to ensure alignment and issue resolution, fostering a collaborative and responsive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP or equivalent.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PO management, RMA processes, and inventory tracking to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent reporting and analytics skills with Excel/Google Sheets to extract insights and inform business decisions.

Able to work effectively in a cross-functional, global, customer-facing environment, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
