Global Support Specialist

This position will be responsible for providing customer support and running reports within a shared service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service with timely and accurate responses, adhering to quality standards.
- Analyze and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for HR and regional operations teams.
- Maintain organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrate strong technical and analytical abilities with creative problem-solving skills.
- Work independently, managing time efficiently and productively while working closely with subject matter experts.
- Accredited degree and 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Possess advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with fundamental HR policies and working closely with HR business leads.
- Experience working with ticketing systems is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with SuccessFactors Cloud System.
