Documentalist for Global Clients

We are seeking an experienced Documentalist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining online knowledge base articles, user guides, and tutorials that cater to customers' needs.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain internal support documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information on new features, updates, and workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive online content that is easy to understand and accessible to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with support, product, and development teams to ensure seamless documentation of software features and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment with company brand tone and style.
  • Organize and structure content for effortless navigation and searchability.
  • Assist with content formatting, screenshots, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance user understanding.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Knowledge Management principles, especially in service delivery environments.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, content creation, or documentation within a SaaS or software environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain complex software features in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with knowledge base platforms and content structuring.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
