Global Marketing Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a specialist role in shaping our global talent acquisition marketing strategy. It involves creating, launching and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions to attract top talent. You will also develop strategic content plans that meet global hiring needs by analyzing market research and performance data to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy, brainstorming ideas and gathering information as needed.
  • Analyze campaign efficiency using key performance indicators and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from creative design program.
