IT Service Desk Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our remote support team, handling advanced technical tasks and providing exceptional customer service. Our team works with cutting-edge technologies and handles complex issues not typically handled by Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Create a positive consumer support experience by interacting with consumers at all levels within the organization.
  • Monitor personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing systems, and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Develop and update knowledge articles to facilitate efficient resolution of common issues.

Who We Are Looking For:

You will be a strong communicator, able to efficiently convey ideas and influence both internal and external stakeholders. You should be proficient in Microsoft Windows 10-11 and Office 365 suite and possess a solid understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with relevant work experience in IT service provision.
  • At least three years of experience in resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with service desk ticketing tools and proven ability to navigate them effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • ServiceNow experience is highly desirable.
