You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, and contributing to the development of knowledge base content.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via multiple channels.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base content to improve customer self-service.

- Demonstrated expertise in coding languages, SQL, APIs, and understanding network requests.
