We are currently seeking a proactive and tech-savvy digital operations specialist to support our fast-growing online presence.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic entrepreneur at the forefront of digital retail, providing day-to-day operational support for our e-commerce and social media channels.

  • Upload and manage product inventory using CommentSold, with experience in Shopify or similar platforms being a plus.
  • Pull and organize inventory from external sources, ensuring listings are up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts, targeting abandoned cart users and repurchasers.
  • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • You should be skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals.
  • Experience with e-commerce tools such as CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation is required.
  • You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
