Job Summary

Digital Operations and Listings Specialist required for a remote, full-time role with the opportunity to extend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare in-depth analysis of listings, including reservations (confirmed/cancelled), account development, and Airbnb quality scores.
  • Compare performance against previous months/years and summarise insights in clear, concise reports.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on various platforms.
  • Resolve listing errors and optimise new listings (content, pricing, images, automated messages).
  • Ensure all listings are accurately tracked in our project management tool.
  • Design and update marketing creatives (Illustrator, RoomSketcher, Canva) and order branded assets.
  • Provide ad hoc support to senior leadership, including policy changes, presentation creation, and report generation.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with short-term rental property management, including experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • Effective time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills.
