Job Title: Digital Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and high-quality production files for various products.

Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential in customizing products and preparing files to meet precise customer and print production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet production standards.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Implement precise color management and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to correct errors.
  • Work seamlessly with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
Requirements:
  • Main Device (Computer or Laptop): Intel i3-10th gen and above or AMD counterpart (Intel i5-10th gen and above or AMD counterpart is preferred)
  • Backup Device: Core i3 or Ryzen 3 and above (5th Gen) or AMD equivalent.
