
Technical Support Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional technical support and implement solutions for our clients using TrustArc products.
To achieve this, you will work closely with the Technical Account Management Team to set up and configure our clients' systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues and providing high-quality technical support to our clients.
- This involves acquiring in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
- You will actively communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks and meet client expectations.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field, as well as Front End Web Development experience.
Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile, is also essential.
- Key skills include distilling complex issues into easy-to-understand recommendations, intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and basic knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, etc.).
- A strong command of standard American English grammar and usage both oral and written is required.
- Highly motivated and self-directed individuals who can work effectively cross-functionally with other teams are encouraged to apply.
While not mandatory, 2-3 years of experience in online advertising, email, marketing, or software technical support is preferred.
Functional work experience in privacy management systems and understanding of data privacy management practices are also highly valued.
