We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide exceptional support.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support via chat, email, and phone.
- Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
- Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions.
- Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Experience in e-commerce order processing and data entry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify (a plus).
