Job Overview

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for managing order processing activities, including software and hardware deployment.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team on quote building and order execution in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process with a focus on order management to billing.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, including activation and billings.
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate problems and take actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all order management and fulfillment-related tasks.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to ensure order fulfillment is accurate, efficient, and compliant.
  • Work closely with internal groups to identify and execute efficiency gains.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for order fulfillment policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Finance, Billing support, and Sales Operations on order management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of order management and cross-functional organizations.
