**Job Role:** Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

About This Opportunity:

This pivotal position will play a key role in enhancing our supply chain efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, inbound logistics, and procurement for packaging materials.

  • Manage the end-to-end process to fulfill purchase orders from retail partners, including releasing inventory, outbound logistics, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, distribution centers, and carriers to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality supply of products.
  • Oversee inbound logistics to distribution centers, focusing on cost-effective transportation for all ingredients, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Place purchase orders and track inventory levels to ensure adequate safety stock coverage based on forecasted demand for packaging materials.
  • Help develop and maintain our supply plan and share forecasts with suppliers.
  • Leverage available data and reports to understand operational performance and drive improvements.
  • Work on initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inbound supply chain processes, including supporting waste management and cost savings opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on metrics such as inventory health or supplier performance KPIs.
  • Partner closely with team members across the organization.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or procurement operations.
  • Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a relevant area of study.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and Excel skills.
