Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our organization. This role is responsible for managing the supply chain process from purchase orders to stock arrival, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and timely purchase orders based on supply planning outputs.
  • Coordinate shipments from principals and arrange delivery.
  • Update order and shipment details through close coordination with other functional departments.
  • Monitor and maintain the correctness of PO quantities based on fulfillment of principal and actual inbound quantities.
  • Trigger pick/pack process and inbound creation upon stock arrival.
  • Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance.
Collaboration and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with demand planners to track and analyze actual purchases versus contractual targets.
  • Coordinate with regulatory specialists to ensure new launches and innovations meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide reports, tracking, and analysis related to purchases, new launches, claims to principal, inventory, and other supply chain areas.
  • Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, or business management.
  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in supply chain.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
