Concrete Masters Inc., a leader in the ready-mix concrete industry, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure seamless procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management. This role is critical to keeping our operations efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused.


Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities—from sourcing raw materials to delivering products—while ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. The position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support operational goals.
  • Manage procurement, vendor relations, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams for efficient scheduling and dispatch.
  • Monitor logistics performance and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in construction materials or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and inventory systems.
  • Willing to travel for supplier and site visits.
