Oversees and manages supply planning, sourcing, procurement, re-stocking/refill, inventory management, quality assurance, distribution, and storage within our supply chain to ensure a seamless flow and resource availability. Develops and executes plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyzes data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Develops and implements strategies, manages supplier relationships, optimizes processes, and analyzes performance metrics.
• Consolidates demand per SKU and facilitates the sign-off process. Creates delivery forecasts based on build timing of territories.
• Defines safety stock levels per SKU, identifies thresholds, and triggers for PR and PO releases, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Creates warehouse/staging area capacity forecasts based on deliveries and scheduled pullouts.
• Develops and implements quality control processes per SKU.
• Develops and implements risk management processes, including risk identification, likelihood assessment, mitigation planning, and communication strategies.
• Defines sourcing and supply chain policies (e.g., bidding, procurement, logistics, warehouse management) and category-level strategies for network and IT assets.
• Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Continuously evaluates processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
• Implements best practices within the supply chain to enhance performance. Identifies potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery.
• Applies procurement processes for external services, including proposal reviews, vendor selection, risk assessments, and maximizing ROI.
• Oversees bidding and procurement, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Evaluates supplier performance, provides feedback, and ensures compliance with expectations and policies.
• Negotiates favorable terms with suppliers and reviews contracts based on performance evaluations.
• Identifies and mitigates risks related to suppliers and supply chain disruptions.
• Approves purchase requests based on timing and demand, and triggers manufacturing and delivery accordingly.
• Ensures timely fulfillment of demand orders, manages inventory levels, and oversees quality standards.
• Conducts testing, addresses defects, and implements corrective actions.
• Manages demand, supply, and financials through S&OP processes, ensuring budget adherence and cash flow management.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Generates reports on key performance metrics and implements resolutions for issues.
• Analyzes data for cost-saving opportunities and manages costs within budget.
• Supports decision-making with insights and recommendations.
• Partners with third-party logistics providers, selects transportation modes, and manages stock distribution and warehouse storage.
• Coordinates inventory levels across locations to prevent stockouts or excess.
• Develops delivery routes and contingency plans for disruptions.
• Implements environmentally friendly distribution practices.
• Develops return policies for defective, unused, or excess inventories, and manages associated costs.
