Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA SCM and GxP modules to lead our organization's supply chain and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role is integral to supporting and enhancing our SAP implementations, with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceuticals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize supply chain operations by leveraging the SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management module.
  • Ensure system compliance with Good x Practice (GxP) regulations, maintaining quality standards within the SAP environment.
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects, ideally within life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and conduct fit-to-standard workshops to align SAP configurations with business needs.
  • Develop custom configurations and designs to address specific operational requirements.
  • Oversee functional testing and system testing processes, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production environments.
  • Provide assistance and guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure customer requirements are fully met.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA SCM: In-depth knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management module.
  • SAP GxP: Hands-on experience with SAP GxP, ensuring compliance in regulated environments.
  • Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals: Background in SAP implementations within life sciences and pharmaceutical industries preferred.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand and adapt to customer needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, with at least two Brownfield Implementation Projects.
  • Knowledge of GxP requirements within SAP.
  • Proven track record in life sciences or pharmaceutical project environments preferred.
