Job Description

This role entails providing critical legal support to the Supply Chain team, ensuring strategic objectives are met while fostering best-in-class supply chain operations.

  • Maintain a robust integrity and governance framework across all supply chain activities.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate diverse supply chain-related contracts, ensuring complete regulatory compliance.
  • Offer strategic legal guidance for special projects, including sustainability initiatives and new product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Law (LLB) is mandatory; a Master's in Law (LLM) is highly recommended.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in law firms and manufacturing companies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills, outstanding analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of food and/or beverage laws, competition law, sales promotion permit requirements, contract drafting and negotiations, litigation and risk management, and labor laws.
