Job Overview

The Business Development Manager/Head will play a pivotal role in driving growth for Prime Philippines by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing valuable commercial real estate deals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business development strategies to acquire new clients, secure property listings, and expand the firm's commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the firm's commercial real estate portfolio.
2. Engage in lead generation activities such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and meeting potential clients to build a strong pipeline of new business.
3. Lead negotiations and finalize deals with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and partners to ensure repeat business and client retention.
5. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and potential clients. Use insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the market.
6. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., brokerage, marketing, leasing) to align on strategies, ensure smooth execution of client engagements, and achieve growth targets.
7. Lead and manage the business development team, setting clear targets, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the brand and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in commercial real estate is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the commercial real estate industry.
3. Proven track record in negotiating and closing commercial real estate deals, managing high-value clients, and driving business growth.
4. Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
5. In-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market, trends, and competitive landscape.
6. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
8. Ability to meet and exceed business development targets, using strategic thinking and data-driven insights.
