We are a leading hospitality company seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive leaders, with a focus on real estate development projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with experience in real estate management, transactions, or development. You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the executive team.
  • Managing and prioritizing the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, organizing logistics, and ensuring all necessary documents are prepared.
  • Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items and deliverables.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Arranging travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience in real estate management, transactions, or development.
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation, including leases, purchase agreements, and contracts.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze property values, and assess investment opportunities.
  • Experience with real estate management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking related to real estate.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
