Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales function in the National Capital Region (NCR). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share growth in the NCR.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales managers, agents, and support staff.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, client meetings, and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, high-net-worth individuals, business partners, and stakeholders in the NCR.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 180,000 - 220,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
