Our team is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough verification checks of candidate information within a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements.
  2. Update the system with accurate status updates and upload necessary documents related to verification activities.
  3. Initiate diligent candidate chasing efforts to obtain required information/documents/requirements within client-defined SLAs.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources and Education/Professional stakeholders, fostering respectful and professional communication.
  5. Verify all details are true and factual as per records or supervisor comments, handling confidential information with utmost care.
  6. Complete Candidate Data Entry process for newly ordered cases in the system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer literacy with basic computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and open to feedback.
  • Senior high school graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 100% remote work setup available.
