Job Summary

The primary goal of this role is to optimize resource utilization in the support department. To achieve this, the Resource Coordinator will play a crucial part in scheduling and work allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering calendars and tickets for a global support organization across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate IT resources to drive task completion and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate scheduling with internal resources and client contacts.
  • Manage internal and onsite technical resources in our ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage).
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and assign IT support requests, following up as needed to ensure completion of outstanding items.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language proficiency sufficient for professional communication in a business environment.
  • Equivalent work experience or relevant degree.
