Are you a highly organized and detail-focused individual with exceptional communication skills?

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient and nursing scheduling support, resolve issues, and provide direct client-facing communication.

This role requires someone who is confident, personable, and able to handle a demanding schedule while working independently.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments for patients, ensuring necessary resources and personnel are available.
  • Providing updates and addressing any scheduling concerns as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient appointments, medical needs, and preferences.
  • Collaborating with home care teams to ensure patient needs are met and all appointments are scheduled on time.
  • Addressing scheduling conflicts or issues, finding solutions that work for both the patient and healthcare provider.
  • Inputting and updating patient information in the scheduling system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring all scheduling practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and privacy laws.

Requirements include:

  • 1-2 years' experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably within a healthcare or home care service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
